An evening celebrating the decade long twinning of Senantes, France and Nanton Alberta. A celebration of the life of Ian Willoughby Bazalgette VC DFC was held on Saturday the 24th of August 2019.

The newest addition to the Bomber Command Museum of Canada's nose art collection: a reproduction of the nose art carried by Lancaster KB-700 the first Canadian-built Lancaster to enter service and be delivered to England.
The nose art was presented to the museum by Frederick Carstead from Winnipeg MB.
